Manu Atelier offers a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for all unworn items in their original packaging. We strive to ensure your handcrafted leather goods meet the highest standards of quality and design.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the item in its original dust bag and branded box, ensuring all protective films and tags are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel, removing any old tracking stickers.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier and retain your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival at our atelier.
